They are the rightful owner of the device or have been authorized by the owner to request the service.
The service will not be used for any fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes.
The Unlocker does not support or condone the use of its services for devices that are reported lost or stolen as part of a criminal investigation. We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect illegal activity.
3. Compliance with Carrier Policies
The user understands that "cleaning" or "unbarring" an IMEI status affects the device's status within specific carrier databases. The Unlocker is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any mobile network operator (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) or device manufacturer (e.g., Apple, Samsung).
4. No Guarantee of Future Status
While The Unlocker strives for permanent status updates, we are not responsible if a device is re-blacklisted by a carrier due to future reports of loss, theft, or unpaid bills associated with the original account holder. Our service applies to the status of the IMEI at the time the service is rendered.

All content, branding, logos, and service descriptions on theunlocker.tech are the intellectual property of The Unlocker. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our proprietary methods or website content is strictly prohibited.
6. Remote Performance Disclaimer
As all services are performed remotely, the user is responsible for ensuring the device has a stable internet connection or follows provided instructions accurately. The Unlocker is not liable for device issues arising from user error or hardware failures unrelated to the remote service.
