Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at TheUnlocker.Tech@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be approved by The Unlocker administration.

We take pride in our services and guarantee their quality. If for any reason our IMEI Repair services do not meet your expectations, we offer a refund within 10 days of purchase if eligible.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for requesting a refund. We will review your request and issue a refund if applicable depending on if the service has yet to be processed, it is processing or has been processed. We do not refund if the service is currently processing.
Please note that if we have already started working on your order, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. In some cases, we may not be able to issue a partial refund or a full refund if the service has already been completed.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests if they do not meet our refund policy criteria or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. The Unlocker and The Unlocker website does not support or endorse in any way, shape or form the unlocking or removal of restrictions if the device requesting service is stolen. Each device serviced by The Unlocker must be it's rightful owner and must not be obtained illegally.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
